Empowering your CALISTHENICS journey

Transform your workout experience

How we train

Built around the skill you are chasing

Whether that is your first unassisted pull-up or a freestanding handstand, the programming meets you where you are at — in a small group or 1-on-1.

  • Groups cap at five, so everyone gets feedback and can ask questions

  • Progressions built around your needs, not generic programs

  • Supportive atmosphere to encourage and inspire each other

I'm Thomas, founder and lead trainer at Crux Calisthenics. I'm always listening and adapting to what each client actually needs, and I try to create a space where people feel comfortable, not intimidated, from their very first session. My approach is coaching-first: small groups, real skill development, and hands-on instruction, because I'd rather help you actually own a movement than just get you sweaty and send you home. Over the last six years of coaching calisthenics, I've built a training style rooted in patient, detailed instruction rather than volume for its own sake. What keeps me hooked on this work is watching someone go from "I could never do that" to pulling off a skill they'd written off completely, that moment is why I do this. Come train with me and you'll get individual attention, a plan built around your body and goals, and a community that actually wants to see you improve.

Questions people ask us

‍

Where are you located?

999 Vallejo St, Studio 1B, Denver, CO 80204.

How do I see my remaining sessions?

Log in to your account. Your balance is always shown there, along with everything you have booked.

Group classes or 1-on-1?

Both. Group classes are kept small so you still get coached. 1-on-1 is there when you want focused work on a specific goal.

How do sessions work?

You buy a pack of sessions, book the times that work for you, and each booking draws one session from your balance.

I have never done calisthenics

That describes most people who walk in, no experience needed. If you already train, say so in your intro session form and we will find the appropriate training style that best suits your needs.

Tell us what you are working on and we will put you in the right class.
